Job Purpose:
Support the implementation of Data Governance & Privacy initiatives aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of Data Governance & Privacy control, Ensure the efficient execution of Data Governance & Privacy program. Advise related KAFD functions on the effective implementation and operations of Data Governance & Privacy.
Main Accountabilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Data Governance & Privacy Framework, Policy and Standards.
- Participate in the development of the core Data Governance & Privacy components such as processes, tools, templates, notices and guidance for the lines of business to use in building controls.
- Facilitate the Data Governance & Privacy risk assessment requirements and perform second line risk-based monitoring and enforcement of Data Governance & Privacy controls to ensure compliance.
- Ensure the efficient execution of Data Governance & Privacy program and co-ordinate with business units and project teams to implement applicable Data Governance & Privacy requirements
- Support the implementation of Data Governance & Privacy initiatives aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of Data Governance & Privacy control, reducing operational costs, and improving service levels and availability at the corporate and district levels. Follow up on effective resourcing and execution according to set timelines and budgets.
- Monitor and measure the performance of Data Governance & Privacy items like Consent Management, Subject Right Management, Breach Management, Data Classification, ROPA, and Third-Party Impact Assessment.
- Assist the implementation of security measures and controls, such as access controls, encryption, and data classification, to protect sensitive information.
- Facilitate the development and implementation of competency-based training and awareness for Data Governance & Privacy related policies and standards.
- Advise related KAFD functions on the effective implementation and operations of Data Governance & Privacy.
- Continuously evaluate Data Governance & Privacy controls to ensure effectiveness, compliance and adherence to key controls and policies and drive its remediation efforts.
- Liaise with relevant regulatory body to achieve reasonable level of Data Governance & Privacy assurance and compliance.
المهارات
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws and regulations
- Experience in developing and implementing data privacy and protection policies
- Ability to conduct privacy impact assessments and audits
- Knowledge of data encryption techniques and data anonymization methods
- Proficiency in data governance and compliance
المؤهلات العلمية
Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics or any related field.
