Marketing & Branding Lead

Key Role Accountabilities:-

• Manage the planning and development of KAFD marketing and brand strategy and activities including the preparation of annual marketing plans and budget, the creation of a calendar of campaigns and activations and the analysis of market and competitors in line with KAFD's Strategy to drive awareness and engagement.
• Guide the marketing team in deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution in line with the overall strategy.
• Identify marketing opportunities that will provide brand growth and enhancement in line with KAFD's Strategy.
• Manage KAFD's brand and ensure brand consistency in line with KAFD's Strategy. Establish and maintain positive brand equity and reputation across all channels and markets in line with the business needs.
• Supervise the identification of brand building areas, branded content management, and brand guidelines and oversee the development and refinement of uniform graphic standards and visual brand strategies.
• Formulate KAFD’s citizen awareness strategy and ensure proper implementation to secure that all services/ programs/ activities are communicated across targeted markets/ communities.
• Forge and nurture strategic and long-lasting relationships with partners and organizational stakeholders to help promote KAFD's brand and increase public engagement.
• Supervise the development and implementation of KAFD's brand health tracker, including effective monitoring & reporting, converting insights into tactical initiatives to enhance brand positioning and awareness.
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities and ensure the performance measurement of all marketing campaigns. Regularly evaluate marketing ROI's to ensure effectiveness of marketing activities.

• Contribute to projects and initiatives, as may be required by the reporting senior.
• Contribute to day-to-day team operations within a specified scope, by undertaking related work processes and ensuring accuracy.
• Communicate and coordinates with relevant divisions to gather information and evidence by interviewing concerned individuals and reviewing available documentation.
• Undertake relevant analysis to provide necessary information and assistance to internal and external Stakeholders.
• In coordination with Line Manager, allocate work plans to the team to ensure work continuity and prepares necessary reports for decision making and strategic planning purposes.
• Participate in conducting research to stay ahead of best practices to bring forward ideas for continuous improvement in relevant policy areas.
• Support team members and resolves routine queries to ensure work continuity.
• Prepare reports and metrics to identify potential issues and support in decision-making.
• Liaise with key stakeholders or as applicable to ensure that all analysis and reporting related matters are addressed and managed efficiently.
