Job Purpose:
Ensure proper handling of tenant fit-out requests and lead the collection of tenant requirements. Coordinate fit-out operations with the Design and Projects Delivery teams in case the fit-out is carried by KAFD. Manage contracting activities with fit-out service providers and suppliers, including negotiation of terms and pricing while safeguarding KAFD’s interests.
Main Accountabilities:
- Contribute to setting KAFD’s fit-out strategy, policies and processes. Lead the development of fit-out guidelines and standards in consultation with the HSSE team to cover HSSE design requirements.
- Ensure proper handling of tenant fit-out requests and lead the collection of tenant requirements. Coordinate fit-out operations with the Design and Projects Delivery teams in case the fit-out is carried by KAFD.
- Secure proper management of all fit-out projects covering scope definition, planning, scheduling, budgeting and work execution, while meeting or surpassing standards of quality.
- Manage contracting activities with fit-out service providers and suppliers, including negotiation of terms and pricing while safeguarding KAFD’s interests.
- Monitor compliance with fit-out budgets as well as company standards and health and safety measures. Pinpoint non-compliance incidents and take necessary courses of action.
- Follow up on regular property inspections to ensure full compliance with fit-out the guidelines and standards prior to the issuance of occupancy certification.
- Liaise with the respective regulatory authorities to inspect and comment on the completed fit-out works for the issuance of occupancy certificate.

المؤهلات العلمية
Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
