Quality Management Manager

Job Purpose:

     Leading quality management activities for all KAFD projects, ensuring the development and implementation of effective quality management processes and procedures. Monitor compliance with quality standards and advise on corrective measures to meet quality management objectives.

Main accountabilities:

• Contribute to setting KAFD’s project quality management processes and procedures in alignment with the local and international standards and requirements.

• Plan and supervise the implementation of quality control and quality assurance programs in compliance with corporate standards and requirements of the project contract conditions.

• Set quality requirements for raw material or intermediate products for contractors and monitor their compliance.

• Monitor the execution of all Asset Delivery projects to identify deviations from quality standards and advise on corrective measures.

• Guide the technical assessment of contractors and any other external service providers in Asset Delivery.

• Manage the monitoring and technical resolution of quality non-conformances including the management of corrections and corrective actions.

• Guide statistical analysis on project quality and ensure upkeep of accurate project quality documentation.

• Lead the preparation of project quality management reports for key stakeholders. Highlight areas of concern and recommend improvement measures.

• Provide regular training and coaching to quality management professionals on quality monitoring and assessment for all KAFD projects.

• Remain abreast with local and international project quality management advances and regulations and communicate the same to KAFD’s management.
