ASPIRE - is the King Abdullah Financial District Development and Management Company (KAFD DMC) graduate development program. The program offers training, department rotations, and real project work under expert supervision, through which we hope to attract and retain talented and passionate graduates with great potential.
Aspirees will take part in a robust learning and development journey, gaining a clear understanding of KAFD, its projects, and impact, with the aim of developing their skills and reaching their full potential.
The 12-month program includes online courses, certifications, and on-the-job learning, offering opportunities for accelerated learning, professional growth, and valuable mentorship. ASPIRE is designed to provide unlimited prospects for development and career advancement.

Who we’re looking for:
Graduated in 2023 or after
Saudi nationality
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Law, or related fields
A minimum GPA of 3.75 out of 5, or 3 out of 4
