Manage the effective procurement activities for KAFD (for General), ensuring the development of related policies, processes and procedures, proper contract preparations and vendor negotiation, accurate and timely delivery of goods and compliance with overall standards and procedures to cater for the organization's needs.
- Contribute to setting KAFD's Procurement policies, procedures, methodologies and standards, and ensure alignment with KAFD's strategic direction
- Supervise the development and ensure implementation of the end-to-end purchasing process for general procurement, in order to ensure all purchasing activities are in line with established Bylaws
- Oversee the development and implementation of contract management processes, policies and procedures from contract development to execution to ensure the protection of KAFD’s interests
- Monitor the preparation of contracts and contracts negotiations, as well as the coordination with the business owners, legal affairs function, vendors and service providers

Oversee the installation of safety alarms and equipment within and around building premises. Set up key controls on equipment and facilities to limit access to restricted property.
Monitor the preparation of security equipment maintenance schedules and facilitate security equipment repairs in a timely manner.
Ascertain compliance of security operations with KAFD’s security guidelines, regulations and procedures. Identify non-compliance incidents and advise on the required disciplinary measures.
Guide the gathering of security intelligence information and the implementation of preventative measures.

KAFD is offering COOP assignment opportunities for university and technical college students as part of its efforts to allow Saudi students to alternate between periods of academic study and full-time work placement as a preparation stage for their future careers.
The objective of this program is to provide students with the opportunity to enrich their experience with practical work situations, acquire new skills in their field of study, and meet graduation requirements.
- Applicants should have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3 out of 4 or 3.75 out of 5.
- The duration of the COOP assignment is seven months.
- The applicant should still be an existing university’s student.
Participants who will join the program will be evaluated to determine their overall grade for the required credits.

Administer the development of contractual terms and requirements in projects and work closely with the Supply Chain team throughout the tendering process.
Monitor asset development projects and operations to ensure the delivery according to agreed timelines, technical specifications, designs and budgets as well as overall strategic, financial, technical and operational objectives and plans. Identify and report on discrepancies or non-compliance incidents.
