ASPIRE is a graduate training program of the King Abdullah Financial District Development and Management Company, through which we hope to attract and retain talented and passionate graduates with great potential.
Our Promise:
Trainees will take part in a robust learning and development journey, learning about KAFD, its projects and impact, with the overarching aim of unlocking individual skills and potential.
The program offers comprehensive training over a 12-month period with leading universities, aiming to develop the knowledge and skillset of participants through classroom training, on-the-job learning experiences, tailored coaching and mentoring sessions, and full access to online learning platforms.
ASPIRE, the KAFD Graduate Development Program is designed to ensure accelerated learning and development with dedicated courses and certifications, along with unlimited opportunities and experiences.
Prerequisites:
- Students graduated in year in 2022 or 2023
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree holders in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Law etc.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.75 out of 5 or 3 out of 4
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Familiar with MS Applications.
