ASPIRE is a graduate development program of the King Abdullah Financial District Development and Management Company, through which we target to attract and retain talented and passionate graduates with great potential.
Our Promise:

The program offers comprehensive training over a 12-month period with leading universities, aiming to develop the knowledge and skillset of participants through classroom training, on-the-job learning experiences, tailored coaching and mentoring sessions, and full access to online learning platforms.
ASPIRE, the KAFD graduate development program is designed to ensure accelerated learning and development with dedicated courses and certifications, along with unlimited opportunities and experiences.
Prerequisites:
- Graduation year 2025 or later
- Saudi nationality
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, computer science, law, or related fields
- Minimum GPA of 3.75 out of 5, or 3 out of 4
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
