Job Description
Job Purpose:
Ensure proper administration and operation of KAFD’s Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system, and accurate interpretation of CAFM data to drive higher effectiveness in digital building systems. Supervise the operations KAFD’s Systems and ICT contact center, ensuring sound resource planning and timely and effective resolving of tickets. Analyze contact center statistics to continuously drive improvements in its operations.
Main Accountabilities:
- Ensure proper administration and operation of KAFD’s Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system, and accurate interpretation of CAFM data to drive higher effectiveness in digital building systems.
- Remain abreast with latest systems and ICT advances and best practices. Identify opportunities to continuously improve and update KAFD’s software and systems.
- Evaluate KAFD’s systems and ICT risks in order to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.
- Supervise the operations KAFD’s Systems and ICT contact center, ensuring sound resource planning and timely and effective resolving of tickets. Analyze contact center statistics to continuously drive improvements in its operations.

Education
Computer and Communication Engineering or any related field.
