Job Description

 Job Purpose:

Manage administrative tasks to aid and support leasing and sales teams in terms of contracts administration, drafting documents, resolving technical issues. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and ensure the continuous provisioning of operational marketing support to drive sales growth.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Contribute to the development of KAFD's Commercial Operations Support policies, procedures and methodologies and ensure effective application across the organization.
  • Organize customer contracts operations and check for data accuracy with customer contracts and customer data to ensure that all relevant information is included with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ensure adequate provision of the necessary support to leasing & sales support managers in terms of drafting documents or creating content for leasing & sales division to drive sales growth.
  • Resolve technical issues efficiently and accurately utilizing back office systems in a timely manner in line with service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure security registration is valid on all cases.
  • Manage daily case workload within agreed SLAs and ensure in depth knowledge of all internal administrative and operational systems and processes to ensure service levels are maintained.
  • Monitor customer accounts and communicate internally the best practices and important feedback from customers to understand the customer needs.
  • Monitor and optimize the schedule as new demand is received, to maximize gross margin from in-house and affiliate operations.
  • Liase with internal and external stakeholders to ensure they are aligned on the leasing and sales process.
