Job Description
Job Purpose:
Responsible to draft and oversee the implementation of a practical, effective and efficient corporate performance system that support in the measurement and reporting of KAFD’s organizational performance.
Main Accountabilities:
- Participates in the development of KAFD’s Performance Management framework outlining the platform and required system to align the divisions’ objectives with KAFD’s strategic objectives.
- Liaises with different divisions/ departments to develop scorecards and identify relevant KPIs at the corporate and functional levels
- Coordinates with HR to ensure the alignment of individual KPIs with departmental KPIs
- Initiates trainings and workshops on setting of departmental/ functional KPIs with corporate functions
- Develops a reporting and monitoring framework to ensure compliance of all stakeholders with the business planning calendar; along with the alignment of departmental operational plans and targets with overall KAFD’s strategy
- Communicates with all divisions to ensure corporate performance reports are completed within the set timeframe
- Collects and analyzes corporate performance data periodically to measure corporate function’s performance against set targets
- Identifies corrective action plans to bridge any performance divergences within corporate functions
- Prepares periodic corporate performance reports to ensure that members of KAFD’s management are aware of performance progress and any divergences
- Performs any other tasks assigned by direct manager

- Strong analytical skills: Corporate Specialist should possess the ability to analyze complex data and financial performance indicators to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Strategic thinking: The ability to think critically and strategically is crucial for a Corporate Performance Specialist. This includes identifying key performance drivers, setting goals, and developing strategies to improve overall corporate performance.
- Excellent communication skills: Effective communication is essential in this role to collaborate with cross-functional teams present and recommendations to senior management. Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital.
- Business acumen & understanding the broader business landscape and industry trends is essential for a Corporate Performance Specialist. This includes staying updated with market developments and competitors to provide valuable insights.
