Job Description

Job Purpose: 

Coordinate the provision of soft-services and repair activities, lighting, ventilation and temperature across properties to enhance tenant satisfaction and experience in KAFD. Supervise proactive and reactive maintenance operations of hard services in properties including utilities, gas, heating, fire safety systems, electrical, mechanical and ICT infrastructure.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate the provision of soft-services and repair activities, lighting, ventilation and temperature across Zone B properties enhance tenant satisfaction and experience in KAFD Zone B property.
  • Monitor Zone B properties’ communal areas, ensuring the delivery of adequate services to maintain them in good condition.
  • Manage the effective receipt and fulfilment of Zone B tenants’ or visitors’ requests as per the agreed contractual terms. Interfere should any issue arises to address the situation.
  • Control Zone B properties budget and strive to avoid budget overruns to maintain compliance with set budget.
  • Ensure effective handling of all Zone B properties tenant’s complaints to guarantee high levels of tenant’s satisfaction and interfere as and when required. Direct non-building related complaints or requests from tenants to the Customer Relations team.
  • Supervise proactive and reactive maintenance operations of hard services in Zone B properties including utilities, gas, heating, fire safety systems, electrical, mechanical and ICT infrastructure. Ensure alignment with maintenance plans and budgets.
  • Liaise with the Technical Center of Excellence to coordinate the required technical maintenance activities in an effective and timely manner.
  • Manage re-modelling, renovation and improvement projects across Zone B properties to continuously enhance tenants’ and visitors’ experience.
  • Follow up on the timely collection of utilities charges from tenants in Zone B properties, in close coordination with the Finance team. Identify late or no payment situations and advise on the required course of action.
  • Administer lease termination activities and initiate eviction proceedings as and when required.

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Education

Civil or Mechanical Engineering or any related field
