Financial Analysis/ Investment Director

Job Summary:
The Financial Analysis/Investment Director will oversee the financial planning, analysis, and investment strategies of the real estate company. They will be responsible for providing insights, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making processes.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement financial models to analyze real estate investments, including ROI, IRR, and NPV calculations.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including market research and financial analysis.
- Create detailed reports and presentations on investment performance, financial trends, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic financial plans and investment strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing real estate investments, identifying areas for improvement or divestment.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Proven experience in financial analysis and investment management within the real estate industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
