Internal Communication SME

Job Purpose:

Manage the planning and organization of the overall KAFD internal communication strategy, plan and ensure its consistency across all platforms in KAFD.

Main Accountabilities:

• Contribute to setting of KAFD's overall standards, processes, protocols for all internal communications content.

• Ensure review and provide necessary approval of all KAFD internal communication releases in coordination with relevant functions for all communications and revise content as necessary.

• Supervise the development of variety of internal communications including presentations, announcements, blogs to be delivered across a variety of communications channels and ensure the maintains of KAFD's online presence.

• Secure alignment of all internal communications with KAFD’s values. Review internal communication for consistency and ensure that it always follows specified quality standards and is aimed at keeping employees well-informed about various developments and initiatives, and highly engaged with the organization.

• Follow up on the timely and effective communication of organizational initiatives and projects to employees and stakeholders.

• Ensure that KAFD messages and standards are deployed in collateral and production of internal conferences, seminars and staff events as relevant.

• Oversee the handling of the internal communication response to crisis situations which affects organizational perception and reputation.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to collaborate with different teams within the organization
• Knowledge of different communication tools and platforms
• Experience in crisis communication management
• Analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies
