Landscape & Soft Services Expert

Job Purpose:

Administer master community landscape, hardscape and soft services and ensure alignment with KAFD’s overall standards and set budgets. Monitor all utilities management activities delivered for the master community, including but not limited to energy, water, waste management and instrumentation engineering. Ensure alignment with KAFD’s overall standards and set budgets.

Main Accountabilities:

• Administer master community landscape, hardscape and soft services and ensure alignment with KAFD’s overall standards and set budgets.
• Monitor all utilities management activities delivered for the master community, including but not limited to energy, water, waste management and instrumentation engineering. Ensure alignment with KAFD’s overall standards and set budgets.
• Ensure proper coordination and administration of service providers’ work for landscape and soft services, and for community facilities’ and utilities management activities, and secure timely delivery of work.
• Ensure the implementation of the unit policies, systems, processes, procedures and controls covering all areas so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.

- Extensive knowledge of landscaping principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of horticulture, irrigation systems, and outdoor plant care.
- Ability to develop and implement landscaping designs that meet client needs and budget constraints.
- Proficiency in using landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Experience in managing soft services such as cleaning, waste management, and pest control.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in landscaping and soft services.

Mechanical, Civil or Landscape Engineering or any related field.
