Job Description

Job Purpose:

Manage organizational excellence initiatives across KAFD including but not limited to quality management systems, process engineering, organizational procedures and processes and strategic alignment and nurture a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to streamline and optimize the organization’s activities.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Direct to the development of KAFD’s Organizational Excellence policies, procedures and guidelines, and ensure compliance with them.
  • Ensure the development and implementation of effective business excellence processes and systems (quality management, business process engineering) to drive higher operational efficiency in the organization.
  • Guide the development and implementation of a robust quality management system to ensure alignment of relevant business processes with international standards and practices.
  • Oversee the review and enhancement of the process engineering methodology and standards including operating guides, templates, tools etc. in line with leading practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts at organizational level through studying and analyzing organizational procedures and processes, and coordinate with related business functions to investigate potential optimization opportunities.
  • Coordinate with KAFD business functions to ensure proper documentation, standardization and improvement of business processes, achievement of better alignment between different activities and improvement of overall strategy execution.
  • Monitor the progress of all other organizational excellence and change management initiatives against KPIs and department objectives on a regular basis. Recommend improvements and efficiencies in line with KAFD's institutional priorities.
  • Nurture a culture of continuous improvement and innovation inside KAFD to achieve higher organizational excellence.
