Strategic Advisory & BoD Supports Director

Job Summary:
The Strategic Advisory & Board of Directors Support Director is responsible for providing strategic guidance, advice, and support to the board of directors and senior leadership team to drive the organization's growth and success.

Job Responsibility:
1. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
2. Provide advisory services to the board of directors on key issues, opportunities, and risks facing the organization.
3. Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
4. Assist in preparing board meetings, presentations, and reports.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
6. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify strategic opportunities.
7. Drive effective communication and collaboration between the board, senior leadership, and key stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in strategic planning, advisory services, or board support roles.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work effectively with senior executives, board members, and cross-functional teams.
6. Knowledge of corporate governance practices and regulations.
