Job Description
Job Purpose:
Monitor all utilities management activities delivered for the master community, including but not limited to energy, water, waste management and instrumentation engineering. Ensure alignment with KAFD’s overall standards and set budgets. Administer master community landscape, hardscape and soft services and ensure alignment with KAFD’s overall standards and set budgets.
Main Accountabilities:
- Monitor all utilities management activities delivered for the master community, including but not limited to energy, water, waste management and instrumentation engineering. Ensure alignment with KAFD’s overall standards and set budgets.
- Ensure proper coordination and administration of service providers’ work for landscape and soft services, and for community facilities’ and utilities management activities, and secure timely delivery of work.
- Administer master community landscape, hardscape and soft services and ensure alignment with KAFD’s overall standards and set budgets.
- Ensure the implementation of the unit policies, systems, processes, procedures and controls covering all areas so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.
Skills
- In-depth knowledge of utilities management principles and practices
- Ability to develop and implement strategies for optimizing utility consumption
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders
- Proficiency in using utilities management software and tools
Education
Mechanical, Civil or Landscape Engineering or any related field.
