Utilities Management Senior Specialist

Job Purpose:

Monitor all utilities management activities delivered for the master community, including but not limited to energy, water, waste management and instrumentation engineering. Ensure alignment with KAFD’s overall standards and set budgets. Ensure proper coordination and administration of service providers’ work for landscape and soft services, and for community facilities’ and utilities management activities, and secure timely delivery of work.

Main Accountabilities:

• Monitor all utilities management activities delivered for the master community, including but not limited to energy, water, waste management and instrumentation engineering. Ensure alignment with KAFD’s overall standards and set budgets.
• Ensure proper coordination and administration of service providers’ work for landscape and soft services, and for community facilities’ and utilities management activities, and secure timely delivery of work.
• Administer master community landscape, hardscape and soft services and ensure alignment with KAFD’s overall standards and set budgets.
• Consolidate section/department documentation to update the database on a regular basis.
• Participate in relevant analysis to provide necessary information and assistance to internal and external stakeholders.

- Advanced knowledge of utility management systems and technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management abilities
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements related to utilities
- Ability to develop and implement efficient utility management strategies
- Knowledge of energy conservation practices and sustainability initiatives

Mechanical, Civil or Landscape Engineering or any related field.
