Vertical Transportation Manager

Job Summary:
The Vertical Transportation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operation, and performance of all vertical transportation systems within the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD).

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement maintenance programs for elevators, escalators, and other vertical transportation systems in KAFD.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards related to vertical transportation systems.
- Manage maintenance contracts and service agreements with vendors.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the performance of vertical transportation systems.
- Troubleshoot and address any issues or breakdowns in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of vertical transportation systems.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience working with vertical transportation systems, preferably in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance practices and standards for elevators, escalators, and other vertical transportation systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications in vertical transportation management would be a plus.
