Job Description
Job Purpose:
Development and implementation of KAFD's administration services policies, systems, processes, procedures and controls and ensure fulfillment of all relevant procedural/legislative requirements.
Main Accountabilities:
- Oversee the effective delivery of administration operations and services to ensure efficiency and secure compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
- Ensure effective management of all KAFD buildings, and the provision of all the required services including cleaning, secretarial, clerical and support according to agreements with vendors (as applicable) and ensure the maintenance activity of office facilities and equipment to provide the best work environment.
- Ensure the delivery of well-presented reception services to enhance company image and facilitate a smooth and secure workplace.
- Monitor the assessment of the level for facility management services provided by vendors and the adequate handling of any discrepancies from agreements and standards.
- Ensure the provision of the required office supplies and equipment to support the operation of the offices according to standards and budget.
- Follow up on the timely and effective provision of high-quality general services to employees, such as transportation, travel arrangements, etc.
- Review all departments' reports, performance trackers, budgets utilizations and presentations provided to management to ensure accuracy and progress. Identify discrepancies and irregularities and advise on corrective measures.
